 Advertising Your Rental PropertyChoose an option from our menu, and log on to a whole new rental experience. Please note that all advertising fees include applicable GST amounts. Individual Listings: $14.84 per month Yearly Packages: $148.40 annually per listing Payment For Services: Payment can be made using either cheque or money order payable to ONTARIORENTAL.COM Submitting Your Application Applications may be submitted using either of the following methods; 1) Complete your application(s) online, then simply press 'SUBMIT'. Your information will then be automatically stored in our data bank. Send any desired photos along with your payment. 2) 'PRINT' and fill out the application provided. Mail completed forms and accompanying photos to the address provided below. 3) Be sure to label all photographs. If you have more than 1, be sure to indicate as to which picture you would like placed beside your information. Subsequent photos will be placed under a heading of 'More Pictures', to a maximum of 3 picture in total. This is provided at no extra cost. Upon verification of payment, your ad(s) will be posted on either the 15th or the last day of the current month. If you have a preference, be sure that this is clearly stated. Listings are payable on a monthly basis unless you have arranged otherwise (ie. yearly contract). If your unit has been successfully rented, simply contact us via the information provided below and your posting will be removed immediately upon your request. |
